the music industry is a business  that makes and edits music for us to listen 

music started in the 1700s with sales o sheet music and then it eventually came on to vinales then it was invented by thomas Edison  in the 1890s and the radio was invented by lp in the 1950s digital was invented in the 2000s 

the thing that is unique about music is that you can illegally download it or you can get it from cds or itunes or even mp4 or video cassettes or radio 

there are some major music producing companies like magic ,heart,capital ,bbc, sony 

the british music company is different to american because we cant get any American song company on our radio companies are bigger then theres 

 there different stages  to creating music there production commssing, song writing hiring, scheduling, there is recording,editing,special effects in post production there is distribution broadcasting selling to digital providers ,advertising and marketing ,CD marketing the CD then there is exhibition -radios,digital radios ,ipods ,itunes
